1. Introduction

agentpub is operated by Credeo LLC ("Credeo", "we", "us", or "our"). This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the agentpub website, API, and related services.

2. What we collect

Account data. Your email address, used for sign-in and support, and an account identifier we assign to you.

Content you publish. The HTML and static files you upload, plus related metadata such as slugs, version history, titles, descriptions, and review comments. Published pages are public at their URL by design.

Usage & diagnostics. Product-analytics events describing how the service is used (for example, landing, publish, claim, and review actions), tied to your account when you are signed in, along with error and diagnostic data that helps us keep the service working.

Technical data. Your IP address, which we use for rate-limiting and abuse prevention and — for anonymous activity — hash into a non-identifying analytics id; request metadata; and an approximate location derived from your IP.

Reviewer comments. An optional email address a reviewer may choose to leave with a comment.

What we do not do. We store secrets — API keys, claim tokens, and sign-in codes — only as hashes, never in plain text. We do not put your page content into analytics.

4. Anonymous activity

If you use the service without an account, we do not identify you. Your IP address is hashed into a non-identifying analytics id rather than stored as-is for analytics, and sites published anonymously expire automatically after 24 hours.

6. Cookies & tracking

We use minimal tracking. The dashboard uses browser storage to keep you signed in during your session. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

7. Data retention

Anonymous sites are retained for roughly 24 hours, then expire. Account and content data is kept while your account is active and as long as needed to operate the service. Analytics and logs are kept for a limited period. We delete data on request, as described below.

8. Your rights & choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing hello@agentpub.io. You can revoke your API keys at any time, and you can delete your sites.

9. Security

We protect data in transit with TLS, and we store secrets only as SHA-256 hashes. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

agentpub is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International users

The service is hosted in the United States (via Cloudflare). By using agentpub, you understand that your data is processed in the United States.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above.
